This year was sunny and welcoming as attendees arrived in St. George in record numbers for the UT NAHRO Annual Conference. Upon arrival, all participants received a copy of the ‘2009 NLIHC Advocates’ Guide to Housing & Community Development Policy.’ With 24 sessions packed with information, there was much information gleaned during the 3 days in St. George. Some of those presentations have been generously offered below from the presenters. We had a great opening speaker Thursday morning, Pam Perlich. Her presentation was informative and very eye-opening. During lunch, Al Bingham reviewed key points to our credit scores and all attendees received a copy of the book “The Road to 850.” Wrapping up the conference we again gave away fabulous door prizes, with an iPod touch being taken home by Lynda Varner. We truly appreciate all those who donated their time and expertise to present during the conference and for those who attended and continually support the Utah Chapter of NAHRO.
