AAA Fair Credit Foundation: The Utah Individual Development Account Network. Individual Development Accounts, or IDA’s are special matched savings accounts designed to help low and moderate income families and individuals establish a regular pattern of savings and ultimately, purchase a “productive asset.” A “productive asset” is something of value that is likely to return substantial long term benefits like security, stability and opportunities for more income. Utah Labor Commission Housing Discrimination. Under the Utah and Federal Fair Housing Acts, you have the right to rent, purchase or finance housing without discrimination based on your race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status (families with children under 18), disability, or source of income (state, local or federal government assistance, including housing assistance.)
